This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights.

Definitions
- Application means the software program provided by the Company named Vetly.
- Company (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to MynaLabs Inc., San Francisco, California, USA. For GDPR/UK GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application and websites located at vetly.gg and quiz.vetly.gg.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data you provide
- Account & contact: name, email, preferences.
- Pet profile: name, age, breed, behavior, goals, routines, health notes you choose to record.
- Purchases/subscriptions: plan, status (card data handled by Stripe/Apple/Google; we do not store the full card number).
- Support & surveys: requests, feedback, reviews, and user-generated content.
Data collected automatically (no cookies)
- Device & diagnostics: IP, device/OS, app version, language, time zone, crash data via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Usage analytics: events/screens via Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude.
- Attribution & ads measurement: installs/campaign data via AppsFlyer and network-side signals from Meta and TikTok, as allowed by your platform settings.
- Location: approximate location may be inferred from IP or device settings; precise location only if you grant permission.
We do not set or use browser cookies on our websites. Our apps rely on SDKs and device identifiers as described.
Use of Your Personal Data
- Provide and maintain the Service; customer support and troubleshooting.
- Personalize & recommend training plans, content, and reminders.
- Process transactions (Stripe, Apple In‑App Purchases, Google Play Billing).
- Analytics & improvement (GA4, Amplitude) and safe A/B testing.
- Attribution & measurement (AppsFlyer; Meta/TikTok measurement).
- Security & fraud prevention.
- Legal obligations (tax, accounting, requests from authorities).
Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Contract – to provide the Service and process purchases.
- Legitimate interests – product analytics, security, fraud prevention.
- Consent – app permissions (e.g., notifications, precise location).
- Legal obligation – compliance with applicable laws.
Sharing & Disclosures
- Processors: hosting (AWS), analytics (GA4, Amplitude), attribution (AppsFlyer), diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics), and payments (Stripe, Apple, Google).
- Ads measurement partners: Meta and TikTok as permitted by platform settings.
- Corporate events: M&A or reorganization with safeguards.
- Legal: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal data and do not “share” personal data for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA.
Retention of Your Personal Data
Analytics events — 24 months; logs/crash data — 12 months; purchase/entitlement records — per legal obligations; account data — for the life of the account. Upon verified request or account deletion, we delete or anonymize data unless retention is legally required.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
We host primarily in the United States (AWS). For transfers from the EEA/UK to the US or other countries, we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK Addendum, plus technical and organizational measures.
Security of Your Personal Data
We apply industry‑standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, backups). No method is 100% secure; we continually improve our safeguards.
Audience & Children’s/Teens’ Privacy
The Service is intended for individuals aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 17.
Your Rights
EEA/UK: access, correction, deletion, portability; restriction/objection; withdraw consent; complain to a supervisory authority.
US (CPRA/state laws): know/access, delete, correct, portability; non‑discrimination.
How to Exercise Your Rights

- We may request verification information and accept authorized agent requests where allowed.
- We aim to respond within timelines required by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new Effective Date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice (e.g., in‑app notice or email).
