Vetly – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“You”) and MynaLabs Inc., San Francisco, California, USA (“Vetly”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Vetly mobile applications and websites located at vetly.gg and quiz.vetly.gg (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pricing

We offer Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscription options. The amounts below are approximate and may vary by region, currency, platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or web), and applicable taxes/VAT. The final price is shown in the app store listing or at checkout.

Weekly: approximately $14.99 per week.
Monthly: approximately $29.99 per month.
Annual: approximately $79.99 per year.

Refunds are governed by the section “Subscriptions, Trials, Billing & Refunds” below.

Eligibility

You must be 17 years of age or older to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@vetly.gg of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, Trials, Billing & Refunds

Certain features are available via paid subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually) until cancelled.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
Where you purchased: (a) In-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the respective store and subject to its terms and refund policies; (b) Web purchases are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation: You can cancel any time in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings or, for web purchases, via the account portal or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
Trials: If a free trial is offered, you may be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Regional pricing & taxes: Subscription prices may vary by region and currency and may be subject to applicable taxes/VAT. Final pricing is shown at checkout or by the app store.
Fee changes: We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
Refunds: Except where required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable. App Store/Google Play refunds must be requested from the store. For web purchases, contact us; eligibility is assessed consistent with applicable law and these Terms.

License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to: (i) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; (iii) bypass or disable security features; (iv) use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, or upload harmful content; (v) use the Service to harass, exploit, or promote harm to people or animals.

User Content

You may submit content (e.g., pet photos, notes, feedback). You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Vetly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
You represent that you have all rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Health, Training & Safety Disclaimer

Vetly provides general information and educational content about pet training and care. It does not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional advice.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical questions or emergencies. In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency veterinary services immediately.
Training outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., App Stores, Stripe). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks (excluding your content), is owned by MynaLabs Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use Vetly marks without our prior written consent.

DMCA / IP Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at contact@vetly.gg with a detailed notice (including your contact info, a description of the work and the allegedly infringing material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and you are authorized to act).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity).

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MynaLabs Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Vetly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for disputes that are not subject to other mandatory provisions of law.

EU/UK Consumers

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Export & Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo or on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
